The objective of this study was to determine the clinical efficacy of once-weekly exenatide on glycemic control in patients with type 1 diabetes when added to basal-bolus insulin therapy.RESULTS: An electronic medical record search identified 11 patients with type 1 diabetes who met the inclusion criteria.
