Endovascular iliocaval reconstruction is an effective treatment for iliocaval thrombosis with high levels of technical success, favorable clinical outcomes and stent patency rates, and few complications. It is often able to relieve the debilitating symptoms experienced by affected patients and is a viable option for patients who fail conservative management.
