We present a case of post infarction thrombosed left ventricular pseudoaneurysm in a patient who presented with non-specific complaints months after the initial cardiac injury. Multimodality imaging helped in characterizing the pseudoaneurysm and planning for definite therapy. Copyright (c) 2017 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
