Variability exists in procedural technique among institutions; however, early case series consistently demonstrate an acceptable complication profile and significant improvement in patients' pain and function. This minimally invasive approach is less morbid than traditional, open acetabular and pelvic reconstructions. Therefore, this procedure is an encouraging palliative intervention for a growing patient population in need. Copyright © 2023 Wiley Periodicals LLC UR - https://dx.doi.org/10.1002/jso.27383 ER -
