N2  - In a cohort of mostly Central American immigrants with confirmed neurocysticercosis (NCC), 3.1% were confirmed positive for Chagas disease (CD). The majority were diagnosed with NCC before age 50. Entry to care for NCC is an opportunity for early detection and possible treatment for CD in those from endemic areas.
