The median age at diagnosis was 64 years. Stage distribution was Ta in 4.7%, Tis in 58.1%, T1a in 14.0%, T1b in 7.0%, and T2 in 16.3%. No patients had a positive surgical margin after MMS. The overall local recurrence rate was 2% (n = 1) at a median of 47 months. Local recurrence rates at 1, 3, and 5 years for Ta, Tis, and T1 patients were 0%. Local recurrence rates for T2 patients were 14% at 1 year.
