Topically compounded formulations, which have been found to be successful in the treatment of several other conditions, are a preferred drug delivery system to provide local therapy. We report a case of a venolymphatic malformation in an adolescent girl treated with topical 1% sirolimus cream leading to improvement in appearance and associated symptoms
