<br/><br/> There is an emerging body of evidence to support robotic-assisted mediastinal surgery, particularly for thymectomy. We describe the case of a 42-year-old woman with a benign anterior mediastinal teratoma resected by robotic-assisted thoracoscopy. This case illustrates the use of robotic-assisted surgery in a less commonly encountered mass of the anterior mediastinum.
