520 _aMultiple accessory pathways (APs) can develop in patients with Ebstein anomaly. Rarely, these APs can participate in antidromic atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia (AVRT) which can be life-threatening and requires unique considerations for acute management and ultimate ablation.
